cancer scare

im 22 years old and gave birth to last child on 6/11/09 scince then i been in agony every time i have sex i get period like ains then bleed for anything up to six weeks went to hospital to see specialist  and they found lump on uturas and said could be possible cancer and that i got to have a microscope inserted to get a closer look . has any one else had issues like this if so what happenend . whats worse case sinorio

I hope that I am wrong, but it sounds like the doctors are talking about cervical cancer.
Cervical cancer is caused by the hpv virus plus other factors that we don't fully understand. It is diagnosed by biopsies which are sometimes performed with the aid of a colposcope.  Cervical cancer would cause all of the symptoms you describe -- pain and bleeding and a "lump" on the cervix.  Depending  upon how far advanced it is, it can be treated with either surgery or a chemo/radiation combo.  If you are able, be certain to have a consultation with  the best specialist that you can find-- a gyn oncologist is the right type of doctor.
