clomid with premarin

i m not ovulating my doctor give me clomid from 3rd day of periods 3 times a day for 5 days then from my 8th day of periods starts premarin till the due date one tablet daily and after that from 13th day of period start duphaston 3 tablets daily for 20 days is this help ovulate me and get pregnant this month ?

The clomid will help you to ovulate. (By the way, you can take all three tablets at one time--no need to take them three times a day).  The premarin will help to build up the lining of your uterus.  The duphaston will help the lining prepare itself for implantation.
Your doctor is using a lot of medication!
The most important thing to do will be to monitor for ovulation.  If you take clomid on cycle day 3, your ovulation predictor should be positive by CD 12 and you should ovulate on CD 14.  If all works well, you should have your period on CD 28 OR even better, get pregnant!  Don't forget to do your "homework" with your husband on CD 11-16--every day for best results.
