could i be pregnant already

Had mirena migrate Jan 7 and had multiple times of unprotected intercourse with husband before and during my unaware of migration. Removed mirena on Jan 10 bled later that day for 5 days. Also had pid. Husband and I started ttc immediately for our 2nd child.with first had pregnancy symptoms before missed period. But no positive test till after missed period having 3 negative tests. Now have healthy girl as result. Vomiting now with loads of nausea mood swings and darker areolas with bumps.plus fatigue and frequently urinating. Can I have gotten pregnant so fast after mirena removal or am I nuts? Rather be pregnant though.plus dull ache in pelvic area. And extreme aversion to my favorite foods while craving other stuff. Plus huge sweet tooth.is it pregnancy or pms?

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would definitely recommend a pregnancy test.
I have had more than one patient get pregnant before having their first period.
Good luck!
