could i still have a baby or i misscarriad is there any chance to have a baby

hi everyone . i have been bleeding for 6 days on and off with alot of blood clots they r 3 to 4inches and more then that i went to er they checked me and took  blood & , urine test and they also gave me the shots because i m A- NEG i did an ultrasound but they r not sure cause they only saw the yolk sac no heartbeat no embryo so they said may be baby is too little to see i m 7 w3d at the time of the ultrasound so they scheduled another ultrasound on thursday 21 april . i forgot to tell that i have really bad cramps in my lower stomach and back on and off so i m so worried what is gona happen ,well i have 2 kids daughtar is 4 and my son is 1 . i never had this with my previous pregnancies i only had a misscarriage once at 6weeks now its been six years  but that was not like this if someone has the same situation plz let me know

If you were my patient, I would check your pregnancy hormone level today, and then repeat it in 2 days. This can be a helpful way to figure out whether the pregnancy is developing normally, or miscarrying.  The combination of bleeding and cramping is quite worriesome for miscarriage.  If you were my patient, I would definitely repeat the ultrasound too, unless the hcg levels were definitive.
