cyst

i have cyst in both of my ovaries all together i have seven i really want to have kids my doctor said i can get pregnant she gave me clomid but i have not had any luck but my question to you is do you think i can get pregnant without getting the cyst removed

Hi!
It sounds like you have follicles rather than cysts.  If the "cysts" are smaller than 2 cm (1 in) they are probably follicles and should definitely NOT be removed.
Follicular cysts such as these can be due to PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) and are commonly associated with irregular periods and infertility.
You might ask your doctor about Femara.  It is less likely to cause multiple follicles.
Metformin might be another option if I am correct about PCOS.

Im new to this site and need some ?'s answered or close to being answered. i went to the emergency room in august for a very uncomfertable pain in my lower right side and thought it was my apendix when it was really my ovaries. and they said i had an infection. well i went to my follow up dr. and he had said that its not because of an infection that i have cysts on my ovaries and i also have an opened uterus. He also told me that by having an opened uterus i wouldnt be able to have kids. then he said if i did get pregnant i would have a miss carriage wouldnt carry it for very long or not even know about it at all. is this true? what is the actual percentage of me not being able to have kids with an opened uterus? he didnt give me very much information and also didnt speak very good english so it was hard to understand all he did was draw pictures. my #2 question is that my fiance and  i dont use protection because we're trying to conceive i started my last period on dec 17th. and got off the 22nd.  we had sex everyday 2 times a day atleast, i started vomiting the 27th randomly when i eat certain types of foods, such as popcorn, ice cream, taco bell, mexican food, and cinnamon rolls, and feel nauscious at random times of the day also and have sharp pains in my lower stomache. ive taken 3 HPT's and they were all negative. could i be pregnant or could this be something else? we tried real hard while he was home since hes in the military and are praying that i am and that nothing is seriously wrong with me because ive never felt like this before. we are both worried its something else and any information at this point will help us and we appreciate it.   thank you
