how to get pregnant.

Im 28 years old.and were planning to have a baby.
Were trying almost 3years to have a baby but still,its a negative result.what would  be the problem anyways?

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would definitely start a workup at this point.
First I would check some basic hormone levels such as thyroid, prolactin, progesterone, and FSH levels.  I would also start you doing ovulation predictors each month to determine your fertile times.  I would recommend a sperm count for him and possibly also an hsg (dye study of the fallopian tubes--tells whether they are open or blocked) for you.
