im 23

i have two children my youngest is 6months i have had crippling pains in my sides for years with no diognosis from doctors its gets alot worse after intercourse in certen positions but since i had my baby 6mnhs ago i get on n off cripping pain in my womb area n it gets so bad i cant move it then travels down the inside of both my legs it lasts bout ten mins then its completly gne this happens wither im on my monthlys or not so i no its not period pain please help?

If you were my patient, I would ask you a long list of questions about your history including all about your periods, whether or not you have been screened for infections, whether you have any history of sexual abuse or trauma, and all about your bowels and bladder.
Because you say you've had this for years with no diagnosis, I am going to fast forward to laparoscopy.  That is probably what I would recommend for you as the next step, and I would be looking for either endometriosis or scar tissue (adhesions) or any other potential cause for the pain you describe.
If the laparoscopy makes the diagnosis--great! If not, I would steer you toward the possibility of IBS (inflammatory bowel syndrome).
