infections, spotting, anaphylaxis

I am 24 years old and my doctors don't listen to me.

Recently, I was tested for genital herpes.  Two cultures were taken at different intervals, and the results were negative.  The symptoms were excruciating: blisters and puss.  I couldn't walk or sleep.  I still have rough patches below my clitoris from it- he said it looked like psoriasis (i have been diagnosed with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis). I have vaginal infections all the time.  I also spot a week after finishing my period (often- maybe every other month).  I have hypothyroidism and am on 0.1MG of eltroxin.

A few months ago, a had my period for 21 days and went to the doctor's office.  He said it was normal (OKAY).  Didn't refer me to a gynecologist.  After my herpes scare, he said infections were normal and didn't refer me.

I have noticed that I start a short period after sex too.

THIS WEEK, I went into anaphylactic shock (first occurrence), pooooossibly due to a pollen allergy, but doctor's were confused by the amount of pain I was in.  It took a bag of morphine and another bag of tramadol (i think) to ease the pain.  It felt like i was in labor.  This happened exactly 5 days after my last period ended.  I had excruciating pelvic pain and started bleeding a few hours after the anaphylaxis.  It has now been three days since my hospitalization and I'm still spotting.

Could anyone please offer me some advice or hints as to what is going on with my body?

Hi!
I'm sorry for the delay (you're question got hidden accidentally).  If you were my patient, I would almost certainly start with an ultrasound. I would want to look for cysts or problems with the ovaries, but would be more concerned about the uterus/endometrium. The bleeding and spotting symptoms sound like you may have a polyp, although those do not typically cause pain.  Also, some of the symptoms sound consistent with those that I have seen with a hematometrium (collection of blood within the uterus).
As to the cause of the blisters etc, I suppose psoriasis is a possibility certainly.  Another thing the comes to mind is Shingles.  I would also want to do an examination of the uterus and cervix checking to see if I could reproduce the pain, as that might give me a clue about where it is originating.
Hope this helps!

I'm also taking 40MG of prednisone for the anaphylaxis, and antihistamines, and my pelvic cramps are getting worse.
