is it normal????

I hav irregular periods ( 35-45dys cycle) with unbearable pain ( with bleeding only for 2-3 days). I had an ultrasound before and immediately after my periods,... my pre-menstural scan shows.. Uterus: retroflexed(11.0x4.4x5.0cm), myometrium normal, endometrium12mm, uterine cavitynormal. post-menstural scan shows uterus normal sized, myometrium normal, endometrium measures9mm and in right ovaryFolliclesseen-larger one 16 mm, left ovaryfollicles seen larger one 9mm.. Is this report normal???? Do i hav any serious issue????

Hi!
Your ultrasound is fairly normal, there is certainly nothing to suggest any form of cancer.  I must say however, that given your history of pain and the fact that your uterus is retroflexed (tipped very far backwards toward the rectum) I would tend to suspect endometriosis.  Your uterus is pretty large, too.  Since they don't see any fibroid tumors I would suspect that you also have adenomyosis ( a form of endometriosis ).
My bet is that hysterectomy will be discussed with you as an option for management of your pain!

Thank you for ur advice....
  Actually i m recently married and so far i hav no issues..... So how can  hysterectomy be done at this juncture? Is there any other remedy for this? Can i conceive in this situation or do i need any medication before that? Please do respond to this...
