is my recurrent thrush caused by my complex cyst?

i have a  6cm complex cyst on my left ovary.it causes pelvic pain,painful sex,heavy periods,bloodclots,bloating,pressure,tiredness,constipation,headaches,nausea.I had bloods &mri done but have to wait until march to see my gyny again.im told its likely ive had it since my pregnancy 2years ago as i was in terrible pain throughout.However for 2months ive had severe thrush that wont go away,ive tried everything!is it due to weakend immune system?

Oh my goodness--you had cancer at such a young age!
Thrush can be caused by a weakend immune system. There are some very good treatments for it.  One of the best is diflucan. Given your history, I would be worried that your cancer might be returning.
If you were my patient, I would remove that ovarian cyst.  It is quite likely to twist and cause pain.  I would also encourage you to consider birth control pills to help with the heavy periods and pain.
I'm not too sure what to make of the shoulder pain--it is possible that you have endometriosis.  It could be detected and treated at the time of an operation to remove the cyst.

just to add, i am 23 years old and had bladder cancer 13 years ago, i only came out of remission 2years ago. i am also getting left sided shoulder pain during my period, is that also related? thankyou so much.

thanks so much for replying-this is very helpfull. i am not getting alot of headaches, nausea and heavy discharge. Can cysts weaken my immune system then? I have tried diflucan, all the different creams, pessaries and natural yogurt,with no luck. I am also worried my cancer may have returned but i had my mri in jan &have to wait til march for results! isnt that too long? i also want more children so im concerned. thanks.
