lining of womb and pregnancy

I'm 38, had 4 kids. Last yr I got the lining of my wom removed due to constant bleeding. The doc put me on antibiotics and penicillin as I was complaining of stomach pains. He says I may have an infection after the op. I am 2wks late. Can I get pregnant again and if so are there complications?

There have been reports of  pregnancies after endometrial ablation  (which is the procedure that I am assuming you had) so it is definitely worth while to do a test.
If you are pregnant, you should definitely notify your doctor right away!
If the pain continues or worsens, you should see your provider again whether or not you are pregnant!
