miss period

Hi am 20 days late.no period and I been having a lot of discharge first it was pinkish brown for about two weeks and after that it turn thick creamy white.and now its slimy clear I also been having a lot of discomfort in my stomach all over and bad Sharp stabbing pains in my lower back.but two days ago I took a pregnancy test and it was a negative so its just confusing a little help from a real Dr. Will help

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would suggest repeating the pregnancy test in about a week.  I would also check for infection such as Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Bacterial Vaginosis.  I might also check an ultrasound to rule out cysts on the ovaries.
If you continue to have the discomfort, you should strongly consider seeing your doctor for a check up
