Hi!
I'm sorry to say that I am unfamiliar with Miren P.  If your wife had an infection in her fallopian tubes, I hope that they treated her with strong antibiotics.  In the States we use Cefoxitin or Cefobid and Zithromaz or Doxycycline.  We usually treat for 7-14 days.
Unfortunately, sometimes a pelvic infection can lead to chronic pain that is very difficult to treat. Pelvic infections can also lead to scar tissue around the tubes and ovaries.  I am going to assume that they would have removed any scar tissue at the time of the laparoscopy.  One other possibility is endometriosis.  One of the first things to use for therapy of endometriosis is oral contraceptive pills.

One other thing--sometimes the pain is not related to the female organs at all, but can be gastrointestinal in origin.  So don't forget that!

Good luck!

thanks. in the laproscopy they remove two cysts from both sides. and examin that there is close tubes and infection in tubes and other related parts they do not remove it. Miren-P is an antibiotech medicine in tablets form. my wife use it for 6 months. the infection rate is reduced to 30 in blood ESR test which should be less than 15. but the ALT is increased to 51 which should be less than 45. with all these efforts she still feel seviore pain in lower portion of abdomen during intercourse, when my body touches her inner parts.
