My period started the middle of jan.17 and it went off for one day feb.18 and the next day it came back on and its still on i wanna start working on having a baby will that be possible with an irregular period like this please help
Hi! If you were my patient, I would first clarify your information. From what you have written, it sounds like you have been bleeding for a month with only one day off. If that is correct, you should see a doctor fairly soon to get that under control. If I have misunderstood, you may not need to be seen so soon. Women with irregular periods often are not ovulating regularly and sometimes have difficulty conceiving. Conception can often be speeded by taking medication such as Metformin, and /or Clomid. This is something that your ob/gyn doctor could prescribe for you. Good luck! Dr B
