plan b/vibration sensation to pubic area

i am having this weird sensation in my lower abdomen and pubic area (vaginal).
i had sex on march 13,14 and took plan b next choice on 15 4 days after started on my expected period it lasted over 5 days in this days i started with birth control othrocylen a week later started again bleeding up to 2 weeks and in this days i was having lower back pain feeling tired, breast pain, not swollen and not tender, migrianes,tension headaches, then started to feel a vibraion on my pubic area and abdomen, feeling nervous. when i finsh the pills 21 pills i had very small amount of period for 2 days. a week later started with vaginal discharge. can plan b affect my menstrual cycle and why am i feeling this vibration. i been pregnant before and had a c/section 1 yr ago i didnt feel this way. i dont think that i am pregnant because i was not on my fertile days and ovaluating on feb. 17 was my last menstraul period and had sex on march 13,14 but it was almost nothing. (on jan. i was on the pill and feb i didnt tool bc so thats why i got plan b, but still i was not ovalating i calculated..
do i have an infection going around my body. dont know what to think.

Given your story, the first thing I would recommend ( I ALWAYS RECOMMEND) a pregnancy test.  If the test is negative, my suspicion is that the discharge is very light
bleeding that is caused by being on and off hormones recently.  I would suggest continuing on with your new pack of pills, and taking them very carefully--at the same time every day, etc--this should clear up the bleeding if that is what it is.
The other thing to do, is to check for infections such as bacterial vaginosis--that is easy to check for and requires antibiotic treatment.
