Hi! If you were my patient, I would advise you that I'm not totally certain that I understand your question, but here goes! If I understand you correctly, you are not able to have a period without taking medication and want to know if you could be pregnant anyway. The answer is "yes". Most of the time if a woman is not having periods, it means that she is not ovulating. BUT sometimes she will ovulate spontaneously, out of the blue, and it is possible to get pregnant at that time without being able to predict when it will happen. Good luck! Dr B
