White dot around corner of mouth, muscle aches, white dots on clit, left labia is white flakey and dry,
Can it be passed through saliva, will it stay dormant after treament...like wilk i be back to normal ?

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would check for antibodies to herpes type 1 and 2. Especially if the "dots" become blisters or ulcers. The flakey area might be a separate issue, such as eczema or lichen sclerosis.
I think you ought to be tested.
