thickening of the uterine lining after menopause

I was having an hormone implant for 2 years then stopped due to financial reasons. Would this cause bleeding and a thick uterine lining

Hi!
Hormone implants usually cause a thin uterine lining.  They usually contain progesterone which causes the lining to stay thin and atrophic.  Sometimes if the lining gets too thin it can cause bleeding.  In fact, we often use it to treat problems caused by a thick lining.
I hope this helps!
Good luck!
