Hi Amber

Have you tried the extra strong steroids like Diprolene and Clobetasole?

Another possibility might be someting like Protopic.

Depending upon your age, systemic or local estrogen therapy or progesterone or even testosterone therapy might do some good.

A couple of thoughts too:  Have you been to a dermatologist recently?  Eczema is eczema and a dermatologist is more likely to have the newest information on medications.  From what I can see on line, it looks like Protopic would be worth a try if all else has failed.

Also, there is an interesting site called www.skinsite.com that you may want to visit.  They had a whole regimen for therapy of lichen sclerosis which would probably also be applicable to eczema.  Rather than repeat it, I'll give you the URL:

Good luck!
