vaginal problem

i have a problem in my vagina its so itching inside and outside on the lips, its sumtimes painful and sumtimes give out a white thick discharge. It has been for a week for now so am stressed i don't knw whats the problem and i am at the age of 19 i also had sex for the first time this year.

Your symptoms sound very much like a yeast infection.  I will often advise my patients to try one of the over the counter preparations first, and then if that doesn't help, see someone at a walk in clinic.  Yeast is miserable!  Because you have become sexually active this year, it wouldn't hurt to have a complete exam and testing for sexually transmitted infections.  If you have not had the hpv vaccine, you may want to consider that too!
