what could be causing this? could I be pregnant or is it potentially something else?
My last period was dec.30,2013. On jan.24 I started brown spotting it lasted 2-1/2 days it was accompanied by severe headaches, thirst, diahrhea, and constipation also some slight cramps. The symtoms lasted a week and a half and then were gone. I took 3 HPT and all were negative. I took one feb.4, feb.7, feb.8. On feb.9 I went to bathroom to make bowel movement and a while later noticed 2 bright red spot of blood in underwear so thought was period coming on and placed a tampon, only to find out sometime later that very light amount of brown blood and all bleeding has stopped again as of that night. Could I be pregnant or is this something else?

If you were my patient, I would recommend doing a pregnancy test. If you are not pregnant, then it may simply be that you didn't ovulate this month and that is the reason for the unusual pattern.
If your hpt continues to be negative (you could repeat in one week), you could ask you doctor to prescribe some medication called progesterone that might start your period for you. If it is positive, contact your doctor right away.

Im 23 years old and sexually active with my fiance..I used to get my period regularly every month..Though its late for a couple of days to a week..But now Im confuse,my last period was January 18,2014 and its almost 2 months after that and Auntie Flo didnt show up..I have taken Pregnancy test last March 1 but it says Negative..Since then i havent take one more test til now..I feel my Boobs are heavy and full,my nipples sometimes are too sensitive and itchy and sore..I have crampings also,i feel pain in my lower abdominal at lower back sometimes,i want to drink a lot of water and yet always want to pee..I am moody at times and emotional..I cant sleep at night but i wake up earlier in the morning than my usual routine and i have frequent headache..Whats going on me??Should i try to take a Pregancy Test again??Im so confuse!!Please help me..
