what is the smell from

I have had this odor that smells really bad kind of like fort no so much fishy and irretated my vagina is thick white discharge no color but the smell is just bad what could it be is it a yeat infection or something worst

Hi!
Your symptoms could be a sign of a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis or trichomonas,
or a combination of the above. If you were my patient, I would test for STDs such as gonorrhea and chlamydia as well as performing a wet mount to check for yeast (which typically isn't terribly malodorous) and BV.
It would probably be a good idea to get a check up.
