whats wroung?

i am a 48 years old woman,  have a mild burning sensation and itchiness in my vagina and vulvae area , recently with penetration this burning sensation in vagina is strong so that i don't want to have sex. i also have a milky discharge, it all happened few mounthe ago after a few times urine infection and taking antibiotic and having thrush as a consequence.
my scan was normal. uterus measure 72*30*47mm.endomertrial thinkness is 3.3mm an regular. both ovaries normal right ovarian   volumeis 2.4cc and left 7cc and countains a simple cystic region within mueasuring 15*21*14 mm and is most likely a dominant follicle no adnexal mass or free fluid seen.
could you tel me what is it?

If you were my patient, I would ask you to come in for an exam.  Two conditions come to mind right away when I hear your story -- one is atrophic vulvo/vaginitis, the other is lichen sclerosis.  I would also want to do a wet mount to evaluate the discharge for any residual yeast.  Depending upon how things appear on exam, a skin biopsy might be helpful.  I would then treat, probably with a cream.  By the way, your ultrasound finding are pretty normal.  If my patient had a similar report, I would advise her that everything was fine.

12 days ago i visited my GP, she thought it is atrophic vulvo/vaginitis, as couldnt be any other problems you mentioned, therefore she prescribed me a cream called"REPLENSmd"
i have applied that for 3 times in 3days, now i think i need to explain my situation and ask you please let me know what is happening.
there has be a mass of withe soft gum textured  produced inside my vagina, it dose not fall of easily, i have tryed to Wash them off but i can see it is not just at the entrance, kind of more inside is stuck, it makes me worried, please let me know what it could be and what i do.
