worried about test results

1st test hsv1/2 igg 1.5h
            hsv1/2 igg intrep. pos
            hsv2 igg type spec. neg.
2nd test not herpeselect hsv2 igg pos.
4th test is herpeselect hsv 1/2 igg 1.1h pos.
                                 hsv 1 igg spec. neg. .91
                                 hsv 2 igg spec. neg  .91
can you please help me make sense of these results?

Hi!
Boy these results are hard to understand the way they are written here!  It appears to me that you are positive for the cold sore(hsv1) and negative for the genital(hsv2) virus.
Almost EVERYBODY (one in three people) is positive for hsv1 (cold sore) and lots of people (one in six) are positive for the other.

40% of episodes of genital herpes now a days are caused by the cold sore virus.

By the way, the Igg part means it was not a recent infection, but an old long time ago one.
