worried

i had a hysterectomy on april 7 th developed two hematoma one surgically removed one resolving on own.
my sone now show coplex cyst with internal septations within right ovary 2.2* 2.4*2 cm and a second complex cyst 1.0* 1.7 * 0.9cm is also noted. the ovary measures 4.4* 3.5*3.5 cm

the left on only show a simple cyst ans the ovary is 3.1* 2.5* 1.6 cm that cyst is small i know nothing to worry aqbout a simple cyst just fluid and will rupture on own probally. it only measures 6*10*6mm

then it says two complex cystic structures with right right adnexa presumably of ovarian orgin in the right adnex...

i have been on pain meds since april 7th and not getting any relieve...

would like it explained so i can understand it all

You are absolutely correct about the simple cyst--that will go away.  The structure that they are seeing on the right side could be many things, another cyst, scar tissue, the remnant of the fallopian tube + the ovary, being the three most likely.  The good news is that it is so small.  A follow up study in a month would show whether it is gone, the same, or bigger.
In the mean time, it could be the hematoma that is causing pain.  It is unlikely to be the small ovarian cysts.  One thing that is a HUGE problem for my patients after surgery, and causes more pain than the operation itself, is constipation!  When one of my patients has persistant pain, I always have her clean out to rule that out.  To clean out the bowels after a major surgery and lots of narcotics, I like to use:
Senekot S plus miralax plus 2L of water per day for 3 days in a row.  In MANY MANY cases, the clean out fixes the pain.

I hope this is helpful!
