yeast infection-liver disease

Could you please tell me what the recommended treatment is for a vaginal yeast infection for a patient with suspected liver disease?  Is Monostat 7 safe?  If not what can be used.  Thank you.

Monistat is completely safe to use. You should probably avoid treatments such as Diflucan.  Good luck!

It sounds like that those fleshy particles that you are describing could be clots. A small amount of clot during your period is normal, but if you are getting them quiet frequently, and causing you pain.. I think you should get looked at inside.. because then something might be wrong.

Please Dr. Elaine Brown, Can you Pretty please help me with your advise with my never ending concern with my clit discomfort. I'm just trying to reach you, and this is the only way I can come close to. Please, hello.** im'a Virgin, and no sexual activity. and no infections. I saw a gyno a few weeks ago now and was told that I was being irritated to the soap, fabric softer or the tightness of my clothes. I wear loose fitting cotton underwear, and loose pants/shorts, no short shorts that ride up either. I had mentioned to them that i was experiencing mainly pinchy like sensations and achy where inner labias meet clit. I had cleaned there almost everyday in a warm bath, which I was told not to clean so deaply because vagina is self cleaning and it has a certain PH. But with the small amount of build up that I am to allow, I feel as if I had a small piece of toilet paper between the clit and left inner labia. It was a sensation like minor pin like pokes, I'd hardly call it pinching. But more like a dragging of a fine needle too, just like something was there So I had gently cleaned only that side off build up, and no longer had that feeling when I was sitting. But sometimes during the time of ovulating and or just before my period, when I walk I can get a scraping like skratch,( where labia and clit meet eachother) like a dragging of the two tissues against eachother, and it is quiet painful. It only happens during a couple steps that I take, and it fades away when I slow down my walking. This is the most form of pain I can get. Is this because I cleaned the build up away a day ago? Becuase it is in te same location where i get built up. Or is it because I am expecting my period any day now? Just being apart of the sensations of menstruating? Oh, I can sometimes be slitghly itchy but I dont feel the need to skratch or rub it away, but sometimes I'd notice a small tingly/itch like feeling after some small sec long pinchys and/or zing like pokey pains. My secretions are normal, I'm told. PLease answer, thanks!! Any suggestions as to what this can be and/or what I can do to make it better please? this haunts me everyday , please help me. Today I had experienced some second long pains, around where clit and inner labia meets. And I was expecting my period a few days ago. I'm not certain, but I think I feel more discomfort by not cleaning away the build up than to clean it away so it doesn't cause extra little pains and twinges. I hadn't mentioned before, but sometimes these second long pains happen a the same time of little pinch like pains beside my vagina, but I've only noticed that around my time of period coming soon. I don't know whiether it's in my head that I do, but my vagina muscles once in a while around this time can "vibrate", like a pulse, only happens for a sec. Another thing that I hadn't mentioned because I thought I was peeing a certain way because I was thinking about my crotch only, but sometimes it takes awhile for me to start peeing, and sometimes my stream of pee isn't a strong stream of pee. I have no erritation while peeing, like no burning or anything. Please help me, I greatly appreciate your time Dr. And any suggestions you have for me, please do tell me. Thank you.
