Can I get pregnant

I Had my mirena removed about three weeks ago. I want to have another baby it was removed surgically through my bell button. Just wndering how long it will take to concieve a baby

Hi!
Your fertility should return to your normal baseline within 4-6 weeks.  I have had some patients conceive even before they had their first period.  Of course there are lots of factors to figure in, so its not possible to predict exactly how long it will take, but the effects of the Mirena wear off within  4-6 weeks.
