Cystic Hyperplasia

by carriedee, Mar 14, 2007 12:00AM
Hello. I just had a biopsy on my breast this past Friday. The hospital called this morning and told me it was benign but they found cystic hyperplasia. She said it was okay but it still needs to be looked at. The doctor is not in the country right now so I have to wait until he gets back so he can look at my results. Can anyone tell me what cystic hyperplasia is? What causes it? What do doctors usually do about it? Can it change into something serious? Thank you.
