Period confusion

by Hpygrl78, Jun 06, 2008 12:57PM
Hello, I am having some confusion as to what is the first day of my period. I am on clomid 250mg and metformin 1500 daily. I was told to start my clomid on day 5. My situation is this. On a Monday I had som milky discharge with a pink tinge but  wouldn't say it way "spotting". Tuesday was nothing, then on wednesday I started spotting. Would I count monday the first day since there was some pink or wednesday. I started my clomid on saturday but if I count from monday it is on day 6. Is that okay?

Thank You, Andrea T.

Hello,

I would consider the day you actually spotted red blood, but
I suggest you confirm this with the physician who is prescribing your clomid.
Best regards,

Dr. Downing
