My 6 week 6 days  ultrasound shows only a sac but not a baby, Can u tell me there is any chances of seeing the baby in the next ultrasounds, weeks. Even no bleeding and pain

Hello,

At 6 wks and 6 days a fetal pole and visible fetal heart beat should be visible on transvaginal ultrasound.  That said, there is always a degree of variability with these matters.  Wait a week and see how things look.  I wish you the best.

My 11 week ultrasound shows a sac of 1.18 cm diameter corresponding to the estimated gestational age of 5 to 6 weeks. No fetal pole or no cardiac activity is noted.

Doctor please help me tell what will i do.

There is any hope or chance to save the baby.

My doctor suggests go for D&C.

Sweetie, I am not a doctor, but if you are sure you are 11 weeks and there is no fetus or heartbeat, it is not a viable pregnancy.  You can double check by having your HCG levels checked to see if they are at an appropriate level for your gestational period, but unfortunately it doesn't sound good.  I am so sorry you are going through this and if you need to talk there are many women on the pregnancy forums that have suffered miscarriages.  Get your second opinion and check your hcg levels, but if it doesn't turn out positive, Don't give up hope.  Your blessings will come.  Good luck and keep us posted on how it goes.
