HI!
Congratulations!
If you were my patient, I would examine you looking for prolapse. Sometimes the lower part of the uterus (the cervix) drops down and can even push out. This is more

If you have prolapse, the best way to treat it during pregnancy is with a pessary. Pessaries come in many sizes and shapes and basically are inserted into the vagina
to hold the uterus in place and keep it from bulging downwards.
Sometimes prolapse gets better on its own,

Or, a pessary can be used indefinitely. Ultimately many
womenWomen's way elect to have surgery to remove the uterus, but clearly this can't be done during pregnancy.
As the baby grows, it will keep the uterus from falling out.
I hope this is helpful!
Good luck!
