Hi!
I'm not completely sure how to interpret your question! If you mean can your wife get pregnant one month after stopping pills/ or condoms. The answer is yes.
If you mean can your wife get pregnant with one month of "trying" to conceive. The answer is there is about a 20% chance of conception per cycle when both partners are healthy and have normal fertility.
If you mean can she get pregnant a whole month after one act of unprotected sex, the answer is probably not. Sperm live in the female reproductive tract for about 3 days.

My wife delivered a healthy baby girl and we had no intercourse for one month. Bleeding have stopped and all well with my wife and baby. She did not get yet her period and so we intercoursed prior to getting her period without condom, Can she get pregnant as she is not sure of her reproductive tract yet since her period have not yet started.
