Hi!
If you were my patient, the first thing I would do is to check a blood pregnancy test. If that was negative, then I would want to do an exam and ultrasound.  I would want to check for infection too.  If you had any surgery with your miscarriage, it is possible that your cervix ( lower part of the uterus--where it opens) has scarred closed, and is not permitting your period to flow.  This could cause you to miss your period and also to have bad cramps.
All in all, I would strongly recommend that you make an appointment to see your doctor to get checked.  It is pretty UNlikely that the home tests are wrong, but not impossible.
Good luck!

hi doc. 5years ago, i had my left ovary removed due to dermoid cyst. the right ovary was punctured. starting 2years ago, my menstrual period stopped. an ultrasound reveals that i hav inactive ovaries.

is there a way to make my ovaries active again? i feel better if i hav regular blood discharge or monthly menstruation. please advice.

my fsh level is 130. what other hormones should i test - Lh, estrogen, progesteron? goal is to have my periods back... i have tried 20 sessions of accupuncture but no monthly menstruation yet. heard of ovarian transplant but is that the only solution??

hope to hear from u soon. thanks in advance for ur advice
