premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) .

I just wanted to know if I am taking marvelon21 everyday with no break can i still have this disorder.  I feel like this is athe time I should be getting my period but I dont but i feel severely pms'y.  Is there another BC that i can take that would help with this.  I know that mine is a low dosage and it works well for me.  I have been on this since July 2006 with only 2 periods because they are trying to shrink some cysts and because of Endo.  Although i have never been diagnosed because I am awaiting surgery still.  What else can I try because I cant live liek this.  I get depressed to the point that it affects my life for about a week.

Any help would be great ty

Wondering if anyone can help!

I a have been looking up information about PMS and PMDD. All information I've read about PMDD indicates that it is most common in women from 30-40, I am wondering if it is possible (even if uncommon) for someone my age (18) to be suffering from PMDD?
I started mensturating at 13 and never really experienced any PMS symptoms or even any painful cramps. Over the past 6 months or so my periods have become so painful it has been excruciating to the point where they are almost unbearable and I get migraines and I all I can do is sleep. I feel depressed and eat nearly anything I can get my hands on, mostly bread (and I normally have a very controlled and nutritious diet). My mood swings have gotten to the point where I cry all the time and I feel like I can't handle my uni work and I'm close to breaking up with my boyfriend. I think about dying a lot around my period. I know these things are related to my period thourgh because by the end of my period and a couple of weeks after that I am fine, as bubbly and positive as I've always been!
I understand my body is going through a lot of changes so maybe this is just my cycle settling itself down, but I'm not sure. I really wonder if I could be suffering from PMDD? Should I see a doctor to check or should I just wait and see...
Thanks, sorry it's such a long read!

The only approved treatment for PMDD on the market is a birth control pill called YAZ.
