3/4 cup yogurt- replaces a veggie for meal.
1 serving strawberries frozen
2 Table spoons Egg white powder or equivalent of 3 eggs. (You could use a pasteurized egg substitute if you want.)
Stevia sweetener to taste.
Flavoring drops or extract - optional.
water or tea for thinning.
Place all ingredients into a blender , blend and serve.
This equals a protein, veggie, and fruit for a P2 meal. You may only have yogurt once a day. Please refer to substitutions in Pounds and Inches.
