About my sexual contact, need I take the test of HIV?

Dear Dr:
I had several Sexual experience with sex workers in past two years. The above 3times I just recived a oral sex from the sex worker, then I have her Vaginal sex by using a Condom. But at the last time I gave the sex worker Cunnilingus. I was put my tongue into her Vagina for about 10mins.Then I also have a Vaginal sex by using a Condom.
Several weeks ago there was rash appeard on my  arms. I was afraid and to see he doctor, and the doctor say that was eczema. But at the time I find that I have these sexual contact, so I'm afraid of being cauting with HIV. I Just find the Information here told a male recived a oral sex  and use a condom could be protected from HIV infect. But I still afraid this now beacuse at last time I give the Cunnilingus by holding my tongue into the sex worker's  Vagina for a longtime. This kind of fear let me life is a mess, other wise, my girlfriend thinks I am erectile dysfunction beacuse I don't have this kind of contect with her.
So I just here to ask for help, Can I be infected with HIV by the following behaviour I did? Need I have to take the HIV test?  Can I forgot it and have a new kind of life with my girlfriend?

Dr Sean Cummings thanks for your reply.
I just undestand  your opinion as I do not have the risk, the Test is a prove to show I am OK...Isn't it?

Hello

I think you should relax a little.

There is a small - very very small - risk of a person acquiring HIV through performing cunninglingus on a female who has HIV. This is a very very rare occurrence and I do not believe it is a realistic risk for you.

Studies have shown in couples where the female partner is HIV positive that the transfer rate of HIV is very low - and in some studies non existent.

My overall opinion is that if you have been having sex behind your girlfriends back then you owe it to her to prove to yourself that you do not have an STD's at all and that you will not introduce any to the relationship. So my advice is that you do need to have a full range of STD tests including HIV.

kind regards, Sean
