I am a male from Chinese . I have some experience with some Sex workers (female) since long time ago. They just perform oral sex for me (with condom) and I ejaculated .
In one circumstance , I went to toilet and have a bowel movement (release faeces) , then I clean up my anal with paper tissue and there is a small point of blood on the tissue. That means there is a cut on the anal. Few minutes , I forget the time interval already , the sex workers use her tongue rimming my anal suddenly and my anal feel little pain ( not so pain） , then I stop her . Then continue on oral sex with condom . After ejaculation, I have vagina intercourse with condom for 20 sec , I am not sure the condom have broken or not.
Question:
1. Am i put myself in risk if she kiss or put her tongue into my anal if my anal have a cut ?
2.i get symptoms like diarrhoea (always have some faeces come out easily) and my leg is numb after that and lasting for few years , but I can walk and run , just some unfeeling appear on my leg . Is it related to HIV or I worried too much?
3. Am I put myself in risk for the 20sec vagina intercourse? Is the condom easily broken after ejaculation as I am not sure it is broken or not ?
4.in your opinion , performing oral sex by others without condom do not put myself in the risk ! Is it different from Chinese , as some newspaper said Chinese guy resistance to HIV is weak?
5.Do I need a test ? Can I move on in overall ?

THERE WOULD BE NO RISK IF THE CONDOM REMAINED IN PLACE AND INTACT. HOWEVER IF THE CONDOM WAS BROKEN, THERE WOULD BE RISKS, INCLUDING HIV, EVEN THOUGH LOW.
4.in your opinion , performing oral sex by others without condom do not put myself in the risk ! Is it different from Chinese , as some newspaper said Chinese guy resistance to HIV is weak? RECEIVING UNPORTECTED ORAL SEX DOES NOT POSE RISK OF HIV INFECTION
