Blood from anal sex then masturbation

Dear Doctor,

I am a gay man and I recently (48 hrs ago) had casual sex with a man met over the internet. I do not know the HIV status of this man. We had anal sex, I was top and he was bottom. I had a condom on using a suitable lubricant. About 3 minutes or so into the anal sex I pulled me penis out and the whole front of the condom was covered in blood from his anus. I also noticed that the condom had slightly moved away from the base of my penis. I immeadiately took the condom off, and as far as I could see there was no blood on my penis.
I then preceeded to jerk myself off, until i eventually climaxed into the mouth of this man.
My concern is that because his anus was bleeding quite a bit there may have been blood present on the base of my penis where the condom was not completely covering, and when i preceeded to jerk myself off ,my hand may have worked some residue blood up my penis to the urethra for entry. Is this a possible HIV infection treat? Do you just need a little blood for it to be a threat?
Also, is there an HIV infection chance for me when I climaxed into this man's mouth?
Please help me, Im driving myself crazy!

Thank you very much for your post and welcome to our forum.
If you are completely sure that the condom remained intact and did not come off, then there was no risk for you of HIV transmission, even if the base of the penis had not been covered by the condom.  I would not consider it any significant risk if a small amount of infected blood had touched the head of your penis while you were masturbating.  Regarding your second question: no risk of HIV infection at all from ejaculating in someone else's mouth, even if this person was HIV positive.
All in all, I would consider that your encounter did not involve any significant risk of HIV infection.
