Condom Slipped to Half and She used her hands to wash my Penis

I was virgin and I had sex with a sex worker in Bali Indonesia on 27th Sep. During Sex I used condom but I came to the middle of penis during sex but when I withdraw it was tight. I actually touched condom in middle as well to check and push back. We had sex for 10 min. I did not come. I also inserted finger for 5 sec in her vagina. But we both touched the condom from outside that has her vaginal fluid. I took condom off. She washed my penis with soap and water with same hands. I checked condom after sex. It was intact from visual inspection. I did not tested it by filling with water. I am worried about getting HIV infection from base of my penis as it has small hairs.
1. Can vaginal fluid hand to penis contact lead to HIV infection?
2. Can HIV enter through skin pores of penis base?
3. Can inserting finger in vagina cause HIV infection? Fingers do not have cut?
I am having sensation in my penis from last night. I am getting married in Feb 2010 and worried about HIV infection. I want to get test as soon as possible. Is there any early indication for HIV infection. I am very tensed and can not sleep.

I went for DNA RNA HIV Test. Results will be coming in 2 days. I am very nervous. I read all the false positive incidents on the web. Some says this is not a reliable test. My doctor says it is 99.99% accurate test but I need to go to ELSIA for 100% accuracy after 3 months.

If my test comes negative. Should I move on with life or should I wait for ELISA test? Dr you mentioned that your DUO test at 28 days are definitive. Why my doctor in India not saying that?

I read that uncircumcised penis foreskin is a adapter for HIV. If that is the case can I be infected as only half of the penis was covered. How much skin under foreskin should be covered?

No - this does not represent a risk

No - this does not represent a risk

No - this does not represent a risk.

You also have to bear in mind that you are assuming that this lady has HIV in the first place. There is a likelihood /strong possibility that she does not in which case it would not be possible for you to contract HIV whatever the situation.
