DId I put myself at risk of HIV

Dear Doctor,
I had sex with a sex worker at a borthel in melbourne one week ago. The next morning after that event, I realized that there is small scab on my penis, which means the skin is broken that night. what happens is that, I was fingering her (behind her)while she was giving me a hand job (no condom) before the sex and she rubbed my penis a little too hard so borke the skin. I am not talking about a deep cut since a human hand can not do that, but does this fit the definition of opening cut or wound?
Then I used the same hand fingerred her musterbating myself a while, I did not know a part of skin is broken back then, so there is a chance that her body fluid (vigina (vagina) fluid ) would get on to that wound I just mentioned. Give the fact that her HIV stutas unkonwn so could you please tell me what the risk is here? did I get infected?
Later we had sex with protection (condom), is that also a risk? since I had a wonud on my penis.

thank you very much for yoru post and welcome to our forum.
I do not believe that you need to worry about any possible risk of HIV infection.
The chances of you having been infected that way are extremely low, if not zero.  Wearing a condom would protect you, even in the presence of a wound, as this was anyway covered.  Even when you masturbated and you fear that perhaps some vaginal fluid might have come into contact with that wound, I still would not consider any real risk of HIV infection.  After all, we do not even know the status of this lady, and it is most likely, statistically, that this lady is negative anyway.
My advice to you is not to worry about it as I do not think that you have put yourself at risk of HIV.

I recently returned from Thailand and at the last day in BKK I had a sex with a professional where my condom broke and I didn’t realize it till late. I ejected (in fact masturbated) outside after some time of sex, then I realize that my condom was broken (It was on 10th October 2010).

Again returning back i had sex with my friend from Russia (to whom I have known for almost 2 years) visited and accidentally I had sex with her without condom-ejected outside (It was on 14 October).

Now I am in a state of panic, don’t feel like working. My mood is also diverted and I keep on thinking about HIV infection.(friends  also advised to see doctor). I am also having bit of sensation at the urination point.

At this point of time I don’t feel like going for a blood test and thinking of ignoring it, and moving forward, as if, nothing happened. But at some or the other corner of my heart I feel wearied.I am not sure how to deal with this situation.  

Can you please let me know what are the chances of me getting infected with HIV or any other STD’s disease and how to deal with it?

I just got my test results for the STDs and HIV and both where Negative. Its been 2.5 weeks since my encounter.  Still having burning sensations. Can you please guide me on this please.
