Hi dear Sean and Jose. Please excuse my english, i hope you will understand. I am 25 years old male from central Europe, Czech republic.

107 days ago I made a stupid decision and had sex for a money with CSW. There were a few activities:

1. Vaginal intercourse-protected with condom. Condom was intact, no slippage, no breakage.
2. Fellatio-unprotected (for a 10 minutes)- I came into her mouth
3. Cunnilingus-very brief one, just lick her clitorist for about a 2 minutes

Woman said to me that she is clean and she has no STIs.
I took 13 tests, I know you think that I am crazy. All of those tests were Abbott architect 4th generation Combo test, simultaneously looking for antibodies and also for antigen p24.

I tested negative at : 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 and 15 weeks (105 days).

CSW had test herself 6 weeks after sex with me ( same test from Abbott 4th gen)
Her result was negative too. I had no suspicious symptoms during these ~4 months.

1. Are my results definitive?
2. What are my chances, that I still have it?
3. What abou delayed seroconversion and testing at 6 months? Is it necessary?

You are making a real meal of this:-

You are HIV negative and you do not need to test any further.

And one additional information: My Hep B,C and syphilis test was negative after 3,5 months. and HIV negative after 16 weeks. Got my todays results from labs.

My last question Sean, i promise. Have you ever seen a case of delayed seroconversion (past 3 months) with modern 3rd, 4th generation testing?

Hello

relax. You are most definitely HIV negative.

1) Yes, your results are exhaustively negative.

2) you do not have it - no chance

3) Delayed seroconversion in your case is utterly impossible.
