Extreme Anxiety following possible HIV exposures

If you remember I posted a question previously because I had received oral sex. After that I tested for HIV with the help of duo test (28 days) and it was negative. After that I have again been messing around and now I regret what I have done. I have seen a few CSWs after that HIV test.
1. Saw a CSW. We did not kiss, I wore a condom right from the moment I removed my pants till the end. She gave me oral sex with condom and then I had vaginal with condom. condom did not break. no other sexual activity was involved.
2. Saw another CSW. I again wore a condom from the beginning to the end for everything. I fingered this lady with no cuts on my fingers. After fingering her I tried to make a dental dam of a condom with the same contaminated fingers and licked her clit with the dental dam on it but I am concerned it was contaminated with vaginal secretions. Could that be a risk for HIV?
3.Saw another lady who I kissed just superficially not deep french kissing. She had pierced nipples that I sucked on. I could not feel any discharge from them. I am concerned about sucking pierced nipples. Could that be a risk for HIV? She probably had them pierced just 1 month before I sucked on them.
4. Saw a CSW today. We began with french kissing and then I realised the mistake so I stopped her.  She masterbated herself (rubbed her vagina and anus) and with the same contaminated fingers she inserted fingers inside the condom and put the condom over my penis. Then I had vaginal protected and ejaculated very soon. condom was intact. After that I licked her breasts. I wore another condom and then she gave me oral with condom. when I was licking her breasts they smelled bad ( very mild smell of stools), seemed like she had contaminated her breasts with her fingers when she was and rubbing her hand on her vagina and anus. Please tell me was I at risk for HIV exposure anywhere especially last scenario? Do I need to test? Risk of any other disease? please help

Thank you for your post.
None of the sexual encounters described here would pose any HIV risk to you.  Therefore there is no need for you to worry and certainly no need to get tested.  Becuase all the penetrations and oral sex were protected, I would not believe that there was any significant risk of any other STDs either.
