Hello,
Thank you for your post.
Let me answer your questions here below:
1) From your description, the risk of having contracted anything would be extremely low. If you believe that there was some penetration, there would be a potential risk of having contracted a common STD, like Chlamydia or Gonorrhoea. The risk of a blood-borne virus would be more theoretical than real, simply becuase the penetration (if it happened) was very brief, and even if you had had full penetrative sex without the condom and she was positive, the risk to you would still have been very low. Therefore I do not think that you need to worry.
2) Testing would be only mainly for your reassurance and peace of mind. I would possibly only recommend testing for the common infections that could cause urethritis, mentioned above. I do not believe that you need testing for HIV, and if you wanted to be tested, the only justification would be for your peace of mind.
Best wishes,
Dr José
As mentioned above, there was no risk of HIV infection. Therefore no risk to your partner either.

Dr José
Sir,
I went ahead and got Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea testing done at a public health center in Toronto. I was told by the lady there that HIV is not recommended since its too early and would have to wait a lot longer.
To close this thread this is my last question(s)
1. I have learnt my lesson. Should I move on and continue unprotected sex with my significant other? This question is for HIV strictly. Assuming
Chlamydia or Gonorrhoea is a not contracted.
