HIV related questions.

Dear Doctor i had my last sexual exposure in first week of October 2009.It was unprotected anal sex for less than 2 minutes. The girl was of unknown status , i asked her she said she has never been tested.
Since then i have had the following tests -
Chemiluminiscent Immunoassay for Antibodies to HIV 1/2 AND p24 antigen.Had this test done twice once on the 23rd of April and then again on the 1st of May.Both non reactive with values 0.17 and 0.34.
Then at a different lab i had my immunochromatography test for antibodies to HIV 1/2 on the following dates three times - 18th May , 24th May and 1st of June. All negative.
Then again i had a PCR test proviral DNA on the 4th of June it was Negative. And i had another antibody test on the 23rd of June and  28 th of June both Non Reactive.
I have the following questions doctor -
1) Are my tests at 6-9 months post exposure conclusive and reliable ?
2)Is the combination of PCR Proviral DNA test i had and antibody tests together enough to fully eradicate the fear of HIV ?
3)I tested positive for EBV , does this interfere or cause false negatives for HIV ?
4)Is EBV as dangerous as HIV and could be the cause to hide HIV in the body ?
5)I have been feeling weak and fatigued for 3 months now , could this be because of EBV virus ?
6)I recently had protected oral sex with 2 sex workers , is this a risk for HIV and is testing required ?
7)Have you ever seen anybody test negative with the tests i had and then test positive later ?
8)My wbc count is 4,900 is this normal with 25 % lymphocytes.

Thanks

Good Morning

""1) Are my tests at 6-9 months post exposure conclusive and reliable ?

ENTIRELY - YOU ARE HIV NEGATIVE

2)Is the combination of PCR Proviral DNA test i had and antibody tests together enough to fully eradicate the fear of HIV ?

THEY ARE CONCLUSIVE IN ESTABLISHING THAT YOU ARE NOT HIV POSITIVE - THE FEAR OF HIV SEEMS TO BE A SEPARATE ISSUE FOR YOU SINCE YOU HAD ALL THESE UNNECESSARY EXTRA TESTS. YOU ARE MOST DEFINITELY HIV NEGATIVE.

3)I tested positive for EBV , does this interfere or cause false negatives for HIV ?

COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT

4)Is EBV as dangerous as HIV and could be the cause to hide HIV in the body ?

NO - AGAIN COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT

5)I have been feeling weak and fatigued for 3 months now , could this be because of EBV virus ?

POSSIBLY - BUT I DOUBT IT - THATS A SEPARATE ISUE TO THE MAIN THRUST OF THE QUESTION WHICH CONCERNS HIV - YOU DONT HAVE HIV

6)I recently had protected oral sex with 2 sex workers , is this a risk for HIV and is testing required ?

NO AND NO FOR HIV - FOR OTHER STDS YES BUT NOT HIV

7)Have you ever seen anybody test negative with the tests i had and then test positive later ?

NO

8)My wbc count is 4,900 is this normal with 25 % lymphocytes

I'M NOT FAMILIAR WITH THOSE READINGS - FOR AN INTERPRETATION YOU WILL NEED TO PHYSICALLY CUT AND PAST THOSE RESULTS INTO A QUESTION - I WONT EVEN ATTEMPT TO INTERPRET ISOLATED RESULTS YOU HAVE CHOSEN - I'D WANT TO SEE THE ENTIRE TEST RESULTS.

Best wishes, Sean
