HIV scare from receiving ORAL and licking vaginal fluids!!

Hello Doctor,
I am 27 year old Male, 5 weeks ago I received Oral from a 37 year old woman whose HIV status I don't know but she was kind of woman who would sleep around with anyone. So her chances of being HIV positive are more, I don't hope this for her though. Anyways I did these things with her:
1. We did kissing for less than a minute and my tongue was involved.
2. I licked her breasts, maybe nipples but did not feel any milk or anything.
3. I fingered her for 10 seconds then foolishly put the finger in my mouth. My finger was wet and if my memory serves me best, i did not see any blood on it. I don't know if I touched the cervix as it was my middle finger, or how much virus does the vaginal fluids carry if they are not from the cervix.
4. Last, the most dangerous act i did was gave her unprotected oral sex, which was brief though for 30 - 40 seconds, I am not sure If her mouth was bleeding from inside, i didn't check as it was kinda dark as we were in RESTROOM

These are the details, Now after an hour of this incident, I started feeling sick with nausea ( headache, feeling like vomiting , dizziness) that night I tried to vomit but nothing came out of my mouth.
I went to doctor next day, I was told it could be stomach flu as he found nothing else in my labs, BUT REALLY???
stomach flu goes away in days or a week, but I am still sick with same nausea, i am feverish with no fever, my muscle are aching like something is poked into me.
I am having headaches since that day which are coming on and off.
I keep telling myself that these can't be ARS symptoms but can they be mild symptoms?
Or could it be anxiety or depression? Please reply?

Hello,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our forum.
As described, none of the sexual activities carried out would have posed any risk of HIV infection to you.  None of them are considered risky from the point of view of HIV infection.  Receiving oral sex, as in your case, doe snot involve any risk of HIV infection.  Therefore your symptoms are irrelevant and have nothing to do with ARS or HIV sero-conversion.  No one would have had these symptoms after only one hour or even the next day.  In summary no HIV risk at all whatosever regardless of this lady's status.  No need to worry, no need to check.
Best wishes,
Dr José

Thanks Doctor and roosplace
But Could you please answer my question:
1. What are the chances of HIV to enter through urethra in oral sex.
2. Is there any STD or any contagious disease in the world that acts so fast which cud have made me sick right away. Please let me know, so I get myself checked for that disease.

Your aches are NOT hiv related. Not even close. According to experts, oral sex is not considered a risk. HIV won't live in the mouth so won't pass onto you. Salive does not contain hiv.

If you still can't get over it then go get tested at 8 weeks just as a cure for your anxiety. I did that and it helped. Your experience was no risk but I know how it does your head in anyway...

Actually My right arm muscle is aching and sides of my neck are in pain.
I also have a question. It is said in Pep guidelines that PEP for insertive oral sex is not required as it is no risk. But some studies say HIV can enter through URETHRA. I had no cuts on my penis but what are the chances of HIV to enter the urethra.
or does she have to bleed too much for this to have or this can happen with open sores or cuts in mouth as well? what about the saliva , which neutralizes the HIV?
Sorry for excessive questioning, I am so worried right now..:(
