Hiv risk

Hi Doc

Further to my earlier question of 5th February my rash was getting better when i saw my doctor and he prescribed a cream, Celestone-M cream 0.02%.  This really helped with the redness but some of the spots are still there admittedly very decreased.  Still a little itchy on occasions.  Doctor told me not to be too concerned with it.  And that my chances of HIV is slim but the blood test in a few weeks will tell us all.

1. Would this cream work on a HIV rash?

In the last 4-5 days my sleep has been affected which has obvioulsy affected my energy levels during the day.  I usually have an afternoon nap which sometimes helps.

2. Is this the fatigue assosiated with HIV/ARS?

Also doc the pimples/boils type things that were on my pelvis have dissapeared and coincedentally my lymph has gone down, even though my doctor said it wss never an abnormal size to begin with.  It's just less noticable to the touch.
3.  Can this be explained?

I probably sound like a rambling idiot (which i probably am) but would appreciate you telling me if this would affect your original reply to me.
