Possible HIV due to multiple partners
I'm male&frequent prostitutes in China as my job brings me there.
Since Mar 2010,i have rashes at my right groin area(folds of the skin between genital&thigh)probably due to unhygiene.I have had severe itches with occasional rashes especially at night.I scratch until the skin is thin until the point when water touches it,it smarts.After a few days,it will not become itchy&the skin dries up&for a few weeks,it does not itch again.Then suddenly it get's itchy again&the cycle repeats itself until today.
In mid-Oct 2010,I had my 1st unprotected oral sex&vaginal sex.I withdrew before shooting my 'load' outside her vagina.
On 21 Dec 2010.I had unprotected oral sex on her vagina&she on my penis.Then during vaginal intercourse,she suggested to remove the condom as I was taking too long to reach orgasm.I wasn't thinking straight,so I removed the condom&continued intercourse with her without protection. When I was about to reach orgasm,I asked where should I shoot my load.She asked me to shoot inside her.I was hesitant but too aroused to offer resistance.I wanted to pull out but she hugged&held me so tight that I could not withdraw&I shot my semen inside her.She claimed that this is the first time she allow a customer to do so.I said what if she gets pregnant,etc, she just casually replied - dont worry.
On 15 Jan 2011,I again had unprotected sex with another prostitute.But this time,i shot my load outside.
On 6 Jan 2011,I noticed a spot (looks like a pimple) on my groin.It is like a bump on the skin with a white center (does not look like puss)&it is hard.I hardly get pimples&I cannot remember any pimple looking like the one I had. After a few days,it disappeared as a normal pimple would.So i thought it was a pimple.Then the spot reappeared but this time slightly bigger&at different places.Now, I have 2 isolated spots on my back, 1 on my chest, a few beside my mouth & 3 on my forehead&looks like somemore are coming out.

I don't really have anything to add to that - apart from to say that irrespective of the various ladies trying to persuade you otherwise, I would always, always, always advise using a condom - it just does not make any sense at all ever in the situations you describe, not to

I am not an expert, and one will answer your questions soon enough but basically:
1, unprotected oral poses a very low to no risk for HIV, and low for other STI's.
2, unprotected vaginal sex is a risk for HIV, about 1/2000 for the male. It doesn't make any difference if you ejaculate inside or not
3, you have taken a test for HIV, this will give you an answer about your status
4,HIV is not a death sentance, with current ARV's (anti-retroviral drugs) it is viewed as a chronic illness. There has now been papers in international literature showing a normal life expectancy in those taking HAART (Highly-Active Anti Retroviral Treatment)
You should have regular check ups if your having unprotected sex with commercial sex workers.

I went to a public hospital in malaysia on 20 Jan 2011 and requested to be tested for HIV and STD. I dont know what type of HIV or STD tests it is, but I was required to take 3 vials of blood samples. I am still awaiting the results. I showed the doctor the spots, he said it is probably scabies, and gave me a lotion to apply on my entire body to kill the scabies mites.
I read, that scabies are highly contagious. But I doubt the spots i have are scabies as my partner and our 2 year old kid did not get infected with the mites until today.
I applied the lotion today and will see how it goes.

I am more afraid of getting HIV and will I die soon after getting HIV as there is no cure. I stay in a 3rd world country so medication will be a problem if i do get HIV.
