STD related or not?

STD related or not?

On Dec 4, I had a massage and the young lady fingered me (about a minute) and then performed hand job. In that premise no sex is allowed and I did not have any sex. After that episode, my anus felt a little sore as I have never had this done before. Worried I might have caught some infection, I lost my head and applied undiluted Dettol soaked on a tissue paper deep into my anus. A terrible buring sensation followed.

I have been having anus discomfort since then and now it's almost 4 weeks now. Sitting for long period is uncomfortable and from time to time I have that 'pass motion' feeling, as if my bowels were not not completely cleared.  I have been examining my anus and didn't notice any swelling. I have never looked at my anus this close before before, besides I really don't know what a normal one should look like.  But I noticed a small white spot on my left side of at the entry of the anus. My stools seem normal and had no blood.

I do remember in the past, I did have bleeding at the anus ( off and on over the years) after passing motion. But I never gave much notice to it as the bleeding stopped very quickly and whatever discomforts always disappeared.  But not this time. Do this mean some sort of anal fissure? *This is the first time in my life I was fingered.* Could be it that I already had some kind of minor anus fissure (or some unknown problems) without realising it and that this whole episode aggravated it and brought to the fore? If so, will be heal eventually, given time?

What are the chances of contracting any form of STDs in this instance? Herpes or AIDs for example? I would be most grateful if a doctor can help wth some advice. Thank you.

Good Morning

One thing is clear and that is that you need to get your anus looked at by a professional. Sticking undiluted Dettol up it would not have been the best of ideas and would likely  have caused chemical irriation or burning.

I don't think there is any realistic possibility of you acquiring an STD from this and certainly NOT HIV.

However, you have an anal problem and so you need to get yourself seen by a doctor who can advise appropriately.

best regards, Sean
