cunnilingus and antibody testing

Hello Dr Gracia,14 weeks ago I had an exposure of risk  with a prostitute in Spain, in an escort hotel. The relationship was vaginal with condom, that was not ripped or slipped, the only risk I had was that I did cunnilingus for about 30-40 seconds at the beginning of the relationship. I had some more symptoms such as high (4 days and 3 weeks) and a sore throat, maybe because I had a friend who was with a sore throat.
8.5 weeks I did a quick test of 3rd generation (Vikia HIV1 and 2) at a center for detection of HIV, there they said that this test has an accuracy of 99% from 6 weeks and since I did it after eight weeks the result was conclusive, it was negative. 9 weeks a red spot showed up in my eye, it disappears at the end of a day, so I went to my general doctor who had me do medical checkups for some std and hiv and a PCR assay to see if I had any infection (this is not RNA PCR).9.5 weeks I took another exam in a private laboratory and the result was negative for HIV, the test checked for antibodies but I am not sure it's generation, and the results of STD were negative and PCR negative. I had some more symptoms with vomiting and diareia I went to a specialist HIV The HIV specialist said I had a depression caused by the panic of you having made this blunder. These spots last until today and I am, again, with a sore throat. Today I went to see the doctor again and he told me that this sore throat and red patches were an allergic reaction and prescribed me Cetirizine and ibuprofen.

1) The symptoms can last that long and can be repeated?
2) Do you agree with my doctor and that the risk is very small or zero?
3) To have been infected need a lot of vaginal fluid in my mouth or a cut in my mouth?
4) Is there a documented case of cunnilingus that was infected?
5) The time that I was exposed (30-40 seconds) could be enough to have contracted HIV?

PS: It should be noted, I called the hotel and was told that the girls do exams from 45 to 45 days

Hello,
Thank you very much for your post and welcome to our forum.  I will reply to each of your questions here below:

1) The symptoms can last that long and can be repeated?
NO, THEY CANNOT.  YOUR SYMPTOMS DO NOT CORRELATE WITH HIV SERO-CONVERSION. TIMING AND LENGTH OF SYMPTOMS.

2) Do you agree with my doctor and that the risk is very small or zero?
YES, I DO.  THERE WAS NO HIV RISK TO YOU.

3) To have been infected need a lot of vaginal fluid in my mouth or a cut in my mouth?
EXACTLY.  ALSO SALIVA NEUTRALISES THE VIRUS.

4) Is there a documented case of cunnilingus that was infected?
NOT THAT I KNOW OF.

5) The time that I was exposed (30-40 seconds) could be enough to have contracted HIV?
NOT THROUGH PERFORMING ORAL SEX ON A WOMAN.

In summary, you DID NOT put yourself at risk of HIV  infection in the first place, and this has been confirmed with your negative results.  A negative antibody test after 8 weeks can be considered conclusive.
Best wishes,
Dr José
