hiv testing

Hi

I had unprotected sex aprox. 3.5 years ago about 7-10 times with a girl. I just recently been having problems.
I have a rash thats been there for aprox 6-8 months. it runs up my back,side of stomach and on my arms. the rash looks like tiny zit like bumps.I also have a bad sore throat for about 4 months. I seen a ENT doctor and he said it was acid reflux. Also my lymph node on right side of my neck is very sore. (just started). I have taken 3 "Home Access" (fda aproved)test in the past 2 months. They all came back NEG.

My question is can I be 100% sure that these test are valid given the symptoms and the test results. Is there any chance at all that these test could be wrong? Are these symptoms hiv?

Thanks for the post.

I think its very unlikely indeed that these symptoms are related to HIV. It is highly likely that the test results from the home test you have done are correct and that you are NOT HIV positive.

The best way to confirm that is to visit a clinic and have a test done there by a health professional who can talk you through the test and the implications of it.
